Inspired by Georgian design, the distinctive Tynecastle Nightstand is framed by architectural pilasters on each side of the case, and distinguished by a shaped base on the front and side and chunky feet. The warm chestnut-colored finish over figured Alder veneers creates a canvas of comfort and classic appeal, accented by custom knob and handle hardware in an aged copper finish. Three drawers, a dimmer switch for your lamp and a clip for a phone cord. Named for the Tynecastle area of Northern England, the 50-piece Tynecastle collection is inspired by the manor homes and equestrian life of the English countryside. Tynecastle combines classic Georgian architechural details with more rustic timber-frame elements and leather accents, creating a ''manor home to tack room'' Hunt Country flavor.

Finish: A warm, chestnut-colored, physically distressed finish over figured Alder veneers create a canvas of comfort and classic appeal for the Tynecastle collection, accented by custom hardware in an aged copper finish. Distressing includes scratch antiquing, rock, cow-tailing and rasping.

All drawers have strong, time-tested English or French dovetail construction, for years of problem-free use. Plywood drawer bottoms are attached to plywood drawer sides for strength and durability. Metal side guides or wood on wood guide systems operate smoothly.
